Part and service guy in charge is worse of the worse. I went to claim warranty for a piece of plastic that was damaged during waxing my car, this guy in charge think named Richard, rude and arrogant not only reject flatly my request but also took pictures of my car and VIN number without asking me and on top of that reported to subaru headquarters not to honor my warranty, sent pictures and who knows what arguments . I dont know how subaru keep employees like this xxxxxxxx.

My Subaru Tribeca got an check engine light for the cruise control. With no Subaru dealership near me in GA I made a service appointment with this dealership since I was going to be in Tampa for a couple days. My son in law took the car in for me. To start the tech was late. Finally it was "fixed" in 15 minutes. I was charged $246 including 3% for using a credit card. The next day on the way home..same problem. Originally very good experience. We purchased towards end of day started at 3 pm had some IOUs for things. None of them were completed even after going back to the dealership and asking for them. They waited 23 days to pay off our trade in so we made another payment in the meantime. Just not overall a good experience.

So bought a used Jeep Wrangler. Before I test drove the dealership replaced the battery. We finished up and went to leave and vehicle would not start. So technician who replaced the battery earlier said the battery needed to be replaced again. We noticed that the manufacturer date on the supposedly new battery just installed was 2019. When I showed the technician he acted like not a big deal at all. Sorry that was a pretty old battery. My experience, spent the whole day here did not care about the monthly payments cared about the integrity of the sales and leadership and to hope I could trust and not waste my time with car shopping however I learned that always check your back end and sales price even after your trade on where you would like to be because the sales manager tried to pull a fast one and thought i would not realize but i did that i would still be financing at almost 18k on a car that ultimately is 16k so with that being said ... They were very efficient and did what I came in for which was the 2 yr service on my Forester . I only had to wait approximately a 1/2 hour and car was returned without any problems. I highly recommend this dealership.
The dealership is good. Scheduling a service for the vehicle was good. The only problem was that they left grease on the inside of the driver door and on the outside of the driver door. That was disappointing.
Rip off Fees, Don't waste your time. I inquired about a car priced at $17,960, is actually $23,532 OTD pricing. Never gave a break down of anything and refused to email me the actual invoice. They keep saying, we need a phone number to send you this information...my request was via email. They have all the information needed to send me this quote and still refused.

Awesome service as usual. Went in for a problem that needed further looking in to so they provided me with a loaner car until they could get mine fixed. The discount on the repair was a breath of fresh air with prices up on just about everything else these days. And, although I hadn’t noticed at pick up, my car was washed and tires detailed. Do not waste your time going to this dealership. Called the verify a vehicle was on the lot; then showed up for my appointment and was told vehicle wasn’t there. Then tried to sell anything on the lot; total xxxxxxxx!

I have used Subaru South Tampa to service my 2018 Crosstrek since late 2017 when I purchase it from them. The service team is highly competent and has always handled my service needs quickly. They have a very comfortable lounge area to wait while auto is serviced, complete with coffee and snacks. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. Five Stars!!

I bought my new Forster at Subaru South Tampa in 2016. Have had all maintenance and repairs done here. Never had a bad experience. They treat me well and are friendly and pleasant. I’ve never had to take my car back because something wasn’t done right. The waiting area is comfortable — free coffee and a few snacks (you can buy different ones from a machine). Free Wi-Fi so I can work some while I wait. Sometimes they have a free loaner car available for repairs that will take a several hours. I don’t have any complaints.
The people are very excited in customer service and very nice taken care of there customer

This is our second Subaru purchase in the past 5 years and while the name of the dealership changed from Mastro Subaru to South Tampa Subaru, they continue to have the best deals along with a friendly customer focus.
The Service Department took my Outback no-notice at mid day and did quick-turn, high quality work, as usual. The car is 6 years old with 102,000K+ miles on it, by far the most reliable car I have ever owned!
